That I have a weakness for brownies is an understatement for sure. I am addicted to them. Especially those devils with a hard outer crust and a gooey melting center. Accompanied with a walnut crunch.
But not every time that I yearn for these brownies, do I wish to lap up all the sinful calories.
That’s where my gluten free brownies come to the rescue.
Almond-meal dark chocolate brownies. Sweetened with maple syrup. And that tempting crunch of toasted walnuts. Far less guilt than I would have if I gorged on regular brownies, yet just as heavenly.
