I can almost see you wonder, why would I ever post this ridiculously simple Mourala Maach recipe.
I too did debate with myself long and hard on this very topic, but finally convinced myself that there was indeed merit in sharing the same.
First it tastes divine with hot rice.
And secondly, all of us do love building up that war-chest of silly and simple recipes that we occasionally feel the dire need to seek refuge of.
So here it goes, deep fried mourala maach, sinfully caramelised onions and wicked green chillies.
